We have a 14-day return policy on purchased items, exchangeable for store credit only. Returns must be in good condition, unused, and (where applicable) in their original packaging.

After 14 days, items are not eligible for returns. Shipping costs incurred for items after this 14-day time period are non-refundable or eligible for store credit. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they adhere to this return policy without exception.

If unsure that this address applies for your return, please contact us before shipping. 

If we determine that an item purchased at our shop or online does not meet our quality standards then we will replace the item or issue a refund in the form of store credit. 

All custom orders are considered as "final sale" and are non-returnable/non-refundable. 

We insure all of our shipments and will file a claim for items which arrive damaged.
