We have a 14-day return policy for store credit only. Returns must be unused and in its original packaging and conditioning. 

After 14 days, items are not eligible for returns. Shipping costs are not refundable or eligible for store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping. 

Return address for shipped orders will vary. Please contact us before shipping a return. 

If an item purchased at our shop or online does not meet our quality standards then we will replace the item or issue a refund. 

All custom orders are final sale and not returnable. 

We insure all of our shipments and will file a claim if an item arrives damaged.
